Pelican Self Storage is looking for a student assistant with strong communication capabilities that can ensure Pelican’s presence on our website, social media and in printed marketing material. You will become part of the marketing team where you and your colleagues will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns. You will assist in communication on our website and social media, and you will support the marketing team with creative marketing ideas.
If you have strong graphic capabilities you will in addition assist the marketing team with creatives designed for printed material and Social Media.

Pelican Self Storage was founded in Denmark in 2009 and is a leading Nordic brand within private and business self-storage. We currently have 36 sites in Denmark, Sweden and Finland and we continue to add more sites to our portfolio. Our goal is to create a portfolio of high quality, high service storage locations in the Nordic countries.
With your strong communication skills, curiosity, and creativity, you will:
- help Pelican to ensure a good expression in marketing communication;
- maintain a good communication on the Pelican website, and on Pelican’s SoMe profiles including creating ads on Facebook and Instagram;
- help coordinating marketing activities between stakeholders;
- ad hoc tasks for the marketing team;
The ideal candidate:
- study Graphic Design or Marketing & Communication and have studied for a minimum of 1 year;
- is interested and passionate about communication on social media;
- is creative and have commercial understanding of how communication is perceived;
- can work independently but have the mind of a team player;
- is fluent in English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages.
It is an advantage, but not a requirement that you are skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar.
You can expect to work 15-25 hours a week at our headquarter in Virum (in spring our HQ will move to Copenhagen city centre).

Verdens bedste sted for en lille iværksætter
Fitnesspigen.dk holder til her og det har vi gjort i snart 3 år... Vi startede med et lille rum på 3 m2 og har så i takt med Fitnesspigen er vokset med kunderne, fået større og større rum. Derudover kan vi sige om afdelingen i sydhavnen. Super personale i Bjarne og Jonas, altid venlige til at hjælpe, tage i mod pakker og så der jo gratis Kaffe. Vi bor her stadig :-)
