We have centers in Denmark, Sweden and Finland that are centrally located and easy to get to.

We want to be the preferred service partner when people move to and from the city, work abroad, move in together or move home, get married and have children, need basement or attic space – basically just when life changes or space gets tight.

Our background

Pelican Self Storage was founded in Denmark in 2009 by Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP) and Evergreen Real Estate Partners (EREP).
Since then, we’ve gone from strength to strength and we’re now ready for even more.
Today, we are working on many new projects and our goal is to create a chain of quality and service-oriented centers in the Nordic countries, primarily concentrated around the capital areas and the largest surrounding cities.
